We are currently trial-running a new service here at Surmount Investigations that we’d like to tell you a bit more about which we’re going to run until August 2018 and then review it thereafter.
We’re applying our investigatory and surveillance skills to an entirely new avenue in order to best support people suffering from substance addictions and to help the families of substance abusers.
Our support service, in this trial stage, is presented in two forms:
- We can work with families and friends of individuals who they believe have alcohol or drug problems or have relapsed into using alcohol or drugs after a period of sobriety. We can covertly monitor an individual, record their movements and hang-outs in order to confirm where they are going/what they are doing in relation to substance misuse and then provide a comprehensive report.
- We can deliver ‘Sober Companion’ support to individuals to ensure that having recently got ‘clean’, they are not put in a position of being tempted to relapse. This can involve attending events to ensure alcohol is not consumed or following them in their daily routine to keep them from falling into bad habits.
We offer a free initial consultation in order to learn more about your problem, the services you require and then we begin a detailed period of risk assessing and administration in order to get the support up and running for you as a family or for the individual themselves.
